GoSeller (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a technology platform that enables independent merchants to create and operate their online stores. We do not sell products, fulfill orders, or manage shipping. All product‑related responsibilities belong solely to the merchant.

This policy explains our stance on refunds, returns, and cancellations for purchases made through merchant stores using our platform.


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through merchant stores operating on GoSeller are non‑refundable.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.


2. No Returns or Exchanges

GoSeller does not accept or process:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Order cancellations
  • Partial refunds

Customers must contact the merchant directly for any product‑related concerns.


3. Merchant‑Handled Exceptions

While GoSeller does not offer refunds or returns, individual merchants may choose to provide:

  • Replacements for damaged or defective items
  • Corrections for incorrect items shipped

Such exceptions are entirely at the merchant’s discretion.
GoSeller does not verify, enforce, or manage merchant refund or return policies.


4. Digital Products & Services

All digital goods, subscriptions, and services are strictly non‑refundable once delivered, accessed, or activated.


5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting the merchant may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Denial of future purchases
  • Submission of evidence to the payment provider

GoSeller will provide platform‑level transaction logs but is not responsible for product‑related disputes.
